Terms + Conditions

  1. We want all of our clients to be happy. Please contact us with any questions you have now or in the future. We aim to respond within 48 hours, usually less.

  2. The piece we produce for you is meant for use as jewelry by adults. It is not suitable for any other purpose, such as swatting flies or mixing pancake batter, and may contain parts that impose a choking hazard to young children. 
     

  3. Once we start production on a custom order,  the order is non-refundable. Please, please, please make sure your text is what you want it to be.
     

  4. However, we will offer you a remake if we've produced the wrong text, or made your piece using the wrong metal.
     

  5. Again, custom pieces are final, non-refundable sales.

  6. Our jewelry designs are produced on demand. Therefore, returns are compensated 50% of the purchase price.
     

  7. If your piece breaks or twists and you have all the parts, please contact us and then ship it to us at the address we provide in response. If you contact us within the first three months of your purchase, we'll attempt to repair it free of charge. If you’ve had the piece for longer we may charge a labor fee. If you only have part of the piece, please include that information in the repair form and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
     

  8. We can't really tell if the text you love is protected by copyright, or considered inappropriate where you live, or is otherwise going to get you in trouble. Occasionally we may refuse to produce a piece because we find that it falls under copyright protection.

  9. We will not create pieces that use hate speech of any kind.
     

  10. If you're outside the US, import taxes and regulations may apply to you. Please find out what they are, because we can only be responsible for bringing your piece to your friendly customs agent. If you're in the US, we'll collect sales taxes, as required.
     

  11. Some custom pieces, especially of popular words or phrases, we may choose to add to our collection following fulfillment.  
     

  12. Regarding data retention: We do not retain any credit card or other financial data. We do retain your basic contact information for communications regarding your jewelry. You may give your consent (if you haven't already) to join our mailing list(s).
